会议背景：本次论坛将于2020年6月23日以云会议形式举办，这是继2018年8月在北京召开的“第一届中非眼健康发展论坛”和2019年在卢旺达基加利召开的“第二届中非眼健康发展论坛”后，第三次举办的中非双方眼健康领域高级别会议。国家卫健委防盲治盲培训基地将联合何氏眼科医院继续深化中非友好，与非洲各国携手深入探讨如何整合多方资源应对2020年及未来的非洲防盲形势新变化，采取何种策略持续提升非洲国家眼健康整体服务能力。

Background: This is a high-level meeting on China-Africa health cooperation with the aim of promoting global eye health development. China-Africa Eye Health Development Forum is held for two consecutive years since 2018. For 2020, it is the first time to hold online. He Eye Specialist Hospital (HESH) will continue to deepen China-Africa friendship, discussing how to integrate multiple resources to cope with the changes of blindness prevention in Africa in 2020 and beyond, and what strategies should be adopted to continuously improve the overall service capacity of eye health in African countries.
